This plush is a soft blue material with vinyl collar and embroidered features. About 4.5 in (11.4 cm) tall.

NOTE: The vinyl coating on the collar is cracking slightly, probably due to age. If this will be doing more than just sitting a shelf, it’s very likely to come off with handling. Be gentle.
