Neopets TCG Seat Marker – Return of Dr. Sloth

You don’t want to see him when he’s angry.

This is a seat marker used during TCG tournaments at comic and card shops. (Tournament participants were told to go to specific seat numbers to meet their next opponent.) I did not steal this, I swear. The comic shop local to Neopets HQ was owned by a cool guy who tolerated my weird requests to keep stuff with Grundos or Dr. Sloth on it, is all.

This one was for the Return of Dr. Sloth set and features a green Grundo on one side (seat 7) and a mutant Grundo on the other (seat 8). The Neopets TCG logo is on both sides. Made of thin cardstock. Measures about 8.5 in (21.6 cm) x 5.5 in (14 cm) when folded flat.

NOTE: There’s a small hole near the middle of the green Grundo side where I’d used a pushpin to hang this in my office for years and years. (Red arrow in the photo points it out.)
